Account Registration & Eligibility

To register a jeta10 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide a valid mobile phone number that you own and control, for account verification purposes.
• Provide a valid email address.
• Reside in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services for personal entertainment is not explicitly prohibited.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jeta10 employee.

jeta10 may refuse registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion if any eligibility condition is not met or cannot be verified to the platform's satisfaction.

Account Verification (KYC)

jeta10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account registered in your name).
• A selfie with a handwritten note or document as directed by jeta10 support.

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC. jeta10 will not charge any fee for the verification process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jeta10 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits apply per payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jeta10 support.
• jeta10 targets withdrawal processing within the same business day for bKash and Nagad; bank transfer timelines vary by institution.
• jeta10 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet operator may apply their own transaction charges.
• jeta10 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal at any time.
• Deposits and withdrawals may not be processed during scheduled platform maintenance periods; jeta10 will communicate such windows in advance where possible.

Bonuses & Promotions

jeta10 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. No bonus at jeta10 carries a hidden wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds where a bonus is active. Real-money funds are not accessible for withdrawal until wagering requirements on any active bonus are met.
• Only one bonus may be active on your jeta10 account at a time unless otherwise specified.
• jeta10 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusion is found.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the jeta10 platform.
• Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the jeta10 platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and all other available markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the displayed odds at the time of placement. Odds may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed; the confirmed odds are final.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the current market status. jeta10 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.), bets will be settled according to jeta10's published settlement rules for the relevant sport.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator-bet stake limits apply per market and will be visible at the time of bet placement.
• jeta10 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event outcome has become known (late betting), or where a technical error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered.

Casino Games & Slots

Casino games and slot titles on jeta10 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following conditions apply:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots are determined by the game provider and published in each game's information panel.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a round, the affected game round may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. Partially completed rounds are governed by the relevant game provider's malfunction policy.

Account Suspension & Closure

jeta10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of automated software, bots, or exploit tools on the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under jeta10's Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed at the player's request without any breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of any active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time via jeta10 support.

Nothing in these Terms limits jeta10's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jeta10 platform — including but not limited to the jeta10 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the property of jeta10 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any jeta10 content without express written permission.

Governing Terms & Contact

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and jeta10 regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
